Chillabuster

In a group of friends hanging out, when the majority party wants to do something and the minority wants to sit around, or "chill," the minority party may refuse to move, therefore preventing the entire group of friends from doing something more fun.
Friend 1: Hey, let's stop watching TV and do something.

Friend 2: Nah, I don't want to.

Friend 3: C'mon, stop being so lazy Friend 2!

Friend 2: No, I don't want to do anything, I'm just going to sit here.

Friend 1: Ok... (friends one and three give in and continue watching TV)

*In this scenario, Friend 2 is performing a chillabuster.
