Quick greeting used to avoid someone. Usually leaves the other person confused, leaving enough time for a quick exit and no conversation. Sometimes incorporated with a quick handwave. Pracical Use: - awkward momments (lifts, toilets, etc) - greeting people accross the street - to confuse people (shop attendants, parking inspectors) - change conversation (bosses, wives, people asking for money) Person A: Cheps
