the act of smearing or throwing feces onto or at the ceiling of a public bathroom. if done to a business you must call them and let them know they have been "Sistine Chapled" !!!
i could smell it ...then looking up i saw the splattered turd ...then i knew the McDonalds had been Sistine Chapled !!!
