A person who exhibits the qualities of both a chach and a douchebag. A person (usually male)who attempts to exhibit a cool and popular look but generally comes across as either an asshole and/or a total loser. Can also be found wearing sunglasses in nightclubs and/or sun-visors on backwards and upside down. Often wear jean shorts in public. Chad Kroger is such a chachbag. I wouldn't piss on him to put out a fire.
