A guy trying way too hard to look cool, usually at a bar or place of social interaction. Either with dress or attitude. The guy wearing the plaid shorts, popped collar shirt, sunglasses around his neck or on head (sun has been down for quite some time) and massive amounts of hair product. Very aggrogant, but only when with other Chaatches.
