An insulting term usually directed at someone who is a total sucker, blow pop, mark, etc. It's similar to calling someone a chowderhead or chowdahead.
Mouthy new-yorkers and uppity Italians like to call people cavones. Don't let anyone ever call you a cavone. Some Italian Guy: "Hey Vinny, would you get a load of this freakin' cavone over here?"
