drinking a whole case of cheap beer to ones self at sporting events, then acting belligerent, yelling screaming,fighting, cursing loudly around small children, throwing childish tantrums, starting fights with younger smaller people, and being a douche in general

at the go-kart races bob was totally casebeering this kid 1/2 his size into the wall, then punched her mom in the face on the way out.

Caspering 

The art of ghosting someone in a friendly way. When you don't have the heart to full on ghost them, so you start cutting and reducing all interactions until they take the hint and give up.

Take forever to reply and only give short responses that can't lead to further conversation.

Similar to gas-lighting but without the intention of possible future interaction. Letting someone down gently.

Friend: how did it go with that girl

You: she's nice but I don't want to see her again so I'm caspering her til she takes the hint

Caspering 

The act of removing a fitted sheet from a bed and placing it over ones head as to transform into a ghost. Then perform the deed of intercourse with a confused partner while maintaining a ghost-like demeanor.

“So you picked up last night, did you Casper her bro?”
“Yeah it was great man, she was so confused when I pulled all the sheets off her bed”

It does share some similarities to the word ''cap'' but cappering means that the person that says the word cappering knows that the other person is straight up capping and the person cant deny it otherwise the whole universe will collapse.
