The strongest water type move in the game "Pokemon" Hydro Cannon (Japanese: ハイドロカノン Hydro Cannon) is a damage-dealing Water-type move introduced in Generation III. Hydro Cannon inflicts damage and then forces the user to recharge during the next turn. Unless this attack misses, the user will always have to recharge. Only the water-type Pokemon starters are able to use it, including Smeargle. It's a special attack, it's power point is 5 (max is 8), and it's accuracy is 90%.

If it misses:

* Affected by Protect

* Not affected by Magic Coat

* Not affected by Snatch

* Affected by BrightPowder

* Affected by King's Rock

A cannon used in the Subspace Emissary, in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Controlled by Ganon and Bowser. This was used because they were told by Master Hand (Who was really controlled by Tabuu) to create an army of ships, and a HUGE FUCKING CANNON TO BLOW THE FUCKING SHIT OUT OF EVERYTHING. This would then turn it into Subspace, but suddenly, Kirby destroys the cannon by piercing it with the legendary Kirby Air Ride vehicle, the Dragoon. The cannon then proceeds to FUCKING EXPLODE AND COMBUST ALL OVER THE FUCKING PLACE. Ganon and Bowser then admit defeat and go back to Subspace in the portal.
