A Jamaican slang word . Often used to show that you are surprised or shocked . The word was founded in Jamaica .

bumbleclot 

(noun) fuck; damn, mothafucka........... it originated from the old times in Jamaica when it was refered to the cloth that women used to cleanse themselves with when they had their period. If a women despised you then she would throw her cloth at you symbolizing that you were the epitome of scum and were "cursed".As for the "clot" its a mispronounciation of Jamaicans because of their lack of the sound "th" hence clot=cloth. Bumbaclart 

Jamaican swear word said when shocked or angered by something ie "bumbaclart, de gyal nearly get knocked over" or "yo, a weh mi bumbaclart money deh?" It means toilet paper bumba = bottom or posterior, clart = cloth. Often used by people with limited vocabulary.

Is Jamaican patois, often used in times of frustration or as a curse word.

It is a substitute word for "Fuck, fucking hell, idiot,"

The word has spread round the world to countries with urban culture (ie. UK and US), but (apart from Jamaica) is mainly used in the UK as modern day street slang
