Buchou Slap

A slap given by someone to someone being stubborn, snarky, annoying, etc. Can also be known as "The Tezuka Backhand"

This slap originated by Tezuka Kunimitsu, a character from the popular shonen manga, when he slapped Ryoma Echizen in an episode because Echizen was playing a non-official match. This is a rare occurence for Tezuka losing his temper, so it is now referenced as a "buchou slap"
p1~ "You so buchou slapped him!"
p2 ~ "only because he was being such a jerk. but it was refreshing"

Related Words
Bucho was originally a general insult for someone acting like a jerk or idiot, but has become a catch-all term used to indicate cameraderie (see man, dude, buddy, homey). Generally directed toward a masculine person or thing, and may also be construed as "big man" (such as the villain from Desperado).

"Bucho" is apparently used in both Portuguese and Spanish to mean "pig fat," and is a cooking term not unlike "lard," which would make sense for the big man definition of the word, as in Desperado and "Fat Bucho," the large, bald, black 3rd level boss in the original Nintendo game Kung Fu.
What's up, bucho?

Sorry about that, bucho. I didn't mean to upset you.

Mexican drug cartel "soldier" wannabe.

They are normal people with normal jobs, until the weekend where they spend all their money on pissing contests. The way they dress is a combination of cowboy, Ed Hardy rhinestone-ridden tshirts, faux exotic leather boots and something resembling a bulletproof vest but made out of cloth; Like a purple rain era Prince / Cowboy Curtis / COD Black ops cover / reggaeton mashup.

They have a cult for "Scarface", or any other fictional druglord, Buchanan's whiskey and cognac (which they rarely can afford) , italian brands of cars and clothing and a non-sanctioned by the catholic church saint called Jesús Malverde.

They claim to be deeply rooted in a rural origin, but the absolute majority work at a maquiladora and have never worked the fields or seen a horse.

The earliest depiction of what we can call a Proto-Buchon found origin in southern california, not in mexico as all claim, most probably in the plantation fields found between Indio and Coachella CA. where many people from Durango, Sinaloa and Michoacan where struck by the contemporary approach of "Chalino" Sanchez over the regional music. Mostly all the iconography, myths and fashion are manufactured in the United States for that audience, as an industry that feeds that imagery and false hope to all those legal an illegal field workers; Then, as they send their money, they also send that ideology and sociocultural bastardization to mexico.

Narco Wife. The wife of a Mexican Drug Lord. A woman whose sugar daddy is a Mexican man that sells drugs. Some Latinas glorify this lifestyle and try to act like being a “buchona” is cool. But in real life it’s dangerous and not a very good ideology for young women to aspire to.

Bottom line, a buchona can afford brand name clothing, birkin bags, and plastic surgery because her man pays for her to get fake titties or a big fake ass, or a BBL transferring her fat from her belly to her ass so he can show her off like a trophy wife in his mamalona and take her out to eat to fancy restaurants.

It’s basically gaudy fashion for Mexican drug dealing new money.

It’s not new to want to be kept by a man. There is nothing feminist about this. Just a leech off the sad Drug Dealing lifestyle of Mexican women. Also usually victims of lots of misogynistic men and domestic violence victims.
Ay, la Jenny 69 dice que es una paisa princess, pero nomás es una buchona que vive de sus fans involucrados en el Narcotraffico. Es una buchona.

English: “Jenny69 is a self-proclaimed buchona” meaning she’s admitting that she loves to flaunt her sexy body in exchange for the attention of drug dealers and attract their money.
