1. Brain Age
An educational Nintendo DS game developed by a Japanese doctor named Ryuta Kawashima. It has various daily training programs that help you 'train your brain' and tips to improve your brain capacity. You can also take the 'Brain Age Test' which tells you how active you are of a thinker, 20 being ideal and 80 being the worst. Ryuta is the host in the form of a virtual floating head on the side screen, and is known to refrence the 'prefrontal cortex' quite a bit.
Brain Age:

Ryuta- Now here's a fun brain tip! Simulating daily routines can help activate your prefrontal cortex!

3. neurofeedback
Short version:

The process of improving the brain by directly rewarding it on a repeated basis for healthy activity. Neurofeedback is painless, non-invasive, and has no significant side effects.

Long version:

The process of using electroencephalographic (EEG) equipment to measure brain metabolic rates (brain waves) in order to repeatedly reward the brain for healthy shifts in brain activity. Based on the understanding that the brain is a learning organ, neurofeedback uses the principle of "operant conditioning" (think Pavlov's dog and the bell) to reduce over- or underactivity in various neural pathways.

Thus a brain that has adapted to function in the face of various unhealthy stimuli (e.g. excessive stress, toxic emotions, genetic predispositions, exposure to toxins, etc.) can, under the direction of the neurofeedback system, adapt to healthy levels of activity again.

Neurofeedback is used to work with a variety of conditions. However its most popular applications include ADD/ADHD, chronic depression and anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and sleep disorders. It is especially effective in alle...

4. directionally challenged
A colloquial, quasi-humorous term for someone who is unsure of their location in space and may even be unclear about the left versus right sides of their own body. As psychological testing suggests, women may tend on average to have better liguistic skills than men, while men, in general, might have better orientation in space, so a man who is "directionally challenged" may be seen as less masculine by his peers. If a lifelong trait, it may represent a form of Minimal Brain Damage (MBD) related to Dyslexia or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD); but if it occurs for the first time in a middle-aged or older person, it might herald a future dementia, such as Alzheimer's Disease (AD).
One reason (aside from instilling discipline) that the armed forces emphasize close-order drill in the training of recruits is to weed out the directionally challenged as someone who is such--"S'matter? Doncha know yer left from yer right? You directionally challenged or sompin'?"--will tend to do poorly on the battlefield and may even jeopardize the lives of his or her fellow soldiers, sailors, or fellow fliers.
5. stripper brain
The condition in which a person, typically a woman, can no longer function in a positive sexual relationship without manipulation towards consistent monetary gain.

Empty sexual relationships with uncharismatic partners are symptomatic of this condition.

This condition is known to have been caused by extensive training and real world experience at strip club facilities around the world. There are however, documented cases of stripper brain absent formal training. Some studies show a link to cocaine and other hard drugs, but critics cite that stripper brain may itself be a causal factor towards drug use.
You know em when you see em. Anecdotal data suggest a large proportion of persons with "stripper brain" to have the following names; Destiny, Summer, Season, Ginger, Crystal, Candy, Angel, Raven, Mercedes, and Marco.
