The one country in Europe no one seems to have ever heard of. Fewer people know Belarus than Luxembourg. The country is considered part of the “Axis of Evil” since it sells Russian weapons so pretty anyone who is willing to pay.

A country in eastern europe formerlly part of the Soviet Union. They have a pretty good olympic hockey team.

v. When a meteorologist totally blows a weather forecast, as such when NBC10 (Philadelphia) Meteorologist John Bolaris forecast the "Storm of the Century" in winter of 2001. Said storm turned out to be no more than a dusting of snow, and caused schools to close, businesses to shut down, and grocery stores stampeded prior to the event even occurring.

In the 1930's, during the days of the USSR, a large factory in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, produced tractors (At first copies of the famous Fordson tractor) and exported them under the Brand name Belarus.
Most farmers who do buy a Belarus find them to be quite reliable, while others compare them to the infamous Lada.
Belarus is still around, with a network of dealerships in both the US and Canada.
