A wigger is a white kid, usually named Dylan, that walks around with his pants hanging down to his knees and his hat on sideways. He starts out as a sweet guy but as he gets older, to the age of 15 maybe, he gets thrown in juvie for selling pills and then when he goes to see his probation officer, he is caught with weed in his system and instead of going back to Juvie, where he belongs, he gets off with a small warning.
