Bitchwit the female intellectual capabilities to strike fear and manipulate other females of lower social status into doing what they want. In this case relative size of females does not matter as the one with more bitchwit is the dominate female.

Grace although a lot physically strong was dominated by Breanne’s bitchwit, making Breanne captain of the field hockey team and not Grace.
