A twee pop band out of Scotland. Their name is taken from a British TV series of the same name about a boy (Sebastian) and his dog (Belle). The Cardigans, The Lucksmiths, and Belle & Sebastian make beautiful indiepop music.

Quite literally the greatest thing to come out of Scotland since Balamory. Or possibly Burns. A band that is both thoughtful and entertaining (which doesn't happen often). Anthony, bullied at school
