A peculiarly Irish way of using the word Fuck. By putting "be" before "fuck" the word has a similiar meaning to "could be". I am not sure of the origin, but probably some appropriation from Irish is likely, at least in grammatical form. "She was as roughas befucked", used to describe a particulary ugly Girl.
