A new trend due to the rise of in-home tech like Alexa and Netflix, in-home delivery like Seamless and Blue Apron—cooking night is the new date night, etc.

basinas 

1. the haircut of a man, or potentially balding lady, which is usually known as the "horseshoe". There is no hair on top, but a hefty amount all covering the sides and back. This can be accompanied by a pony tail or mullet, making it an even more rare occurrence, such as Hollywood hulk hogan. Also referred to as the bas bas.
2. The Greek phenomenon soccer star known as Angelos Basinas, leader of the Greek national team.

first basing 

The verb form of first base (which means French kissing or making out), "first basing" someone is kissing them passionately or making out with them. Used to great effect by Strong Sad of Homestar Runner fame when speaking to his brother Strong Bad, spied kissing a piece of paper.

Uh, Strong Bad, were you just first basing it with that piece of loose leaf?

I went to go ask my brother a question and caught him totally first basing his study buddy.
