When you wipe the sweat from the bottom of your ball sac and run it down someone's lips. My sister in law would not stop running her mouth, so I gave her a nice BALL-BLIP!

| 2. | Blip Blump | ||
|
No glamerous way to put it, a blip blump is a fat chick. If you are a really fat chick you are a blippy blumpstocking. Reason for this name is the sound the fat girl makes when she walks, if you listen close you can hear it. Craig: Damn look at that blip blump over there, she is a super heavy weight for sure.
Kathy: Wow, your right check out those golf ball size sweat beads falling off her triple chin, and all she is doing is standing still. |

| 3. | heel-toe shift | ||
|
The heel-toe shift is a racing technique used to downshift while braking. It's used mainly when approaching a corner at high speed, and you wanna slow down and downshift as fast as possible. To correct another definition here, you apply brakes and depress the clutch pedal, and move the shifter into neutral. Keeping your ball-of-foot/toes on the brakes, pivot your right foot so that your heel can "blip" the throttle, immediately move the shifter down a gear, and then release the clutch pedal smoothly before the revs drop down again. "That heel-toe shift was so smooth, I didn't even spill my orange mocha frappucino!"
