Someone who is close to the biggest douche you have ever met or seen.

Level Five: Douche Barrel.
Someone who is the BIGGEST douche EVER. Like in all of existence.

Someone who is excessively douche-e-er then all of the above.

Noun. An individual who has conquered the art of being a douche bag. That individual now over sees a particular group, making sure those folks are always on the verge of punching him in the throat.
