a.k.a Just forget it sign. The act of positioning both arms in an outward manor with your elbows bent so that the tip of your fingers point upwards and palms forward. Upon hearing or seeing something totally ridiculous the signer moves both hands in a downward and back movement saying "just forget it" or "international sign." The more ridiculous something is the more international signs the event is given. Person A: "Ducks and geese are the same."; Person B(international signer): "International sign 10 times!" {while making described gesture}
