1. When a robot does a company's or a person's manual, term paper, website, or any other technical writing. Thus leaving a tremendous trail of syntactical errors.

2. When a person writes in a stream of consciousness, unconsciousness, or simply does not pay attention to what they are writing and does not proof read.
I got another email from Sandy, does she ever proof read? Or does she just rely on her innate ability for automechascriptum?
