an arm wedgie is a wedgie of the armpit. usually occuring when you are wearing a short sleeve shirt and a zip up hoodie over it. the hoodie causes the short sleeve to ride up into your armpit creating something known as an arm wedgie. john: i have the worst fucking arm wedgie right now.
