| 36. | France | ||

A European country known to be one of the worlds centers of art and culture. However, lately France has undergone a bashing from the American westerners because of it's decision not to support America in an UNJUSTIFIED war on "terror". The American people have proven their stupidity by knocking France (Freedom Fries? thats the most pathetic attempt I've ever seen in my life) using past events such as WWII and such to prove that France "MUST" follow America's orders in an illegal war. Forgeting that in the past France liberated America, so doesn't that make it balanced?? Just cause a country doesn't go to war, doesnt mean their arrogant, look at the situation, look at why you were going to war in the first place, then once you realise that you were in the wrong, apologise for your arrogance.

Unlike all the other countries that went to war with america(and of course after they got blasted by terrorists, straight away pulled out - FACT: The reason to why so many people have been killed by terrorists is because of the fact that they went to war WITH AMERICA, if America never made up some bullshit war none of the other countries, e.g. Madrid, Bali, London would have recieved terrorist attacks and there actually would be some people living!) France was one of the only countries that basically told America "no, we're not going to war with you, we've actually analysed the situation, and well frankly, we know what your doing. Your continuing your daddy's work, what he could neve... |

| 37. | Adolf Hitler | ||
|
Commonly known as just 'Hitler'. He brought Germany out of a great depression, but after his fall it was pulled back down into an even worse depression. He ordered the death of millions of jews. He got many Germans to agree with his plans by speaking of negative facts about the jews, such as their commonly working for banks or other money-based jobs. He brought along the Nazi party, which is now made a fool of by being changed to a white pride group, rather than an anti-judaism group. Adolf Hitler supposedly commit suicide by taking a poison pill and then putting a handgun to his forehead an pulling the trigger. Russians later bragged about having a piece of his skull, but not enough to prove that his suicide attempt was successful, and to back this up, there is the fact that the poison didn't kill him and the shot to the head was likely to have only scratched his brain, meaning he is possibly still alive today. Adolf Hitler was a very powerful dictator of mother Germany, which is now an often discriminated country because of all of the negative aspects of Hitler.

| 38. | fox hunting | ||
|
Fox hunting is a much misunderstood thing. Hounds will not be sent down after a fox because lets face it, they're just slightly too big!
The hunt generally kills off the older or weaker foxes, as a healthy fox can easily outrun them. These older and weaker foxes are the ones more likely to kill chickens and the such as they cannot find food any other way. With the ban of hunting, the culling of foxes will not stop. Since the population is not controlled by the hunt, more people will start shooting them, which can lead to injuries as a moving target is quite hard to kill cleanly. Also, it will be the healthier foxes that are culled aswell. People might even start snaring again, which a particularly cruel way of dealing with vermin and dangerous to other animals, but what other choices are there? I am not an upperclass "toff". I have seen the way anti-hunt protesters have behaved towards hunters, for example a small girl on horseback was surrounded by jeering antis and terrified. People have had their tyres deflated or cars scratched for supporting a rural service which few of the antis understand. Get your facts right, give a worthwhile arguement, and then we might take you seriously. Boxing day fox hunting what a success!

| 39. | Purdue Calumet | ||
|
Established as a "satellite campus" of the main campus in West Lafayette, Indiana, Purdue University Calumet was founded as full time university in the northwestern corner of Indiana. Purdue Calumet prides itself on maintaining good standards while at the same preparing its students for the economy and world beyond the borders of Democratic dominated Lake County. Having accomplished a great victory in borrowing the Purdue name, Purdue Calumet then decided to implement a typical Lake County tradition: Overcharge the students, and make introductory course work seemingly impossible in the non-liberal arts departments so as to continue the gouging. Purdue Calumet prefers to charge its students insane tuition and other "non-deferential" charges so as to turn over large profits yearly. Of course with all the Democratic "Chicago Machine" government and infleunce in the way, it's telltale that the IRS would never really come after Purdue Calumet, after all, as long as prominent local goverment leaders are driving to work in a brand new Mercedes Benz, the IRS and the rest of the outside world won't know any better. Although Purdue Calumet is a state funded school, and by law NOT supposed to adapt to any particular poltical stance or party, Purdue Calumet just loves to make shoe polish out of shit. Instead of looking at an issue in a different light, Purdue Calumet's teachers and many students are quick to hop on the "anti-everything" bandwagon, even though at time, facts may ... more...

| 40. | the davinci code | ||

The Davinci Code is a book written by Dan Brown, though not using his own imagination. It is inspired by, and partially based on, two books written before his "work of art". It is a factually incorrect novel, put on the fiction shelf for a reason.

From the first page of the Davinci Code, you are hit with a lie wrapped in truth's clothing. Dan Brown creates this 'secret society' hidden by the Vatican, to be seen as a horrible and awful group. In truth, this secret society did exist - but not to commit crimes. Their goal was solely to help people in the way Christ would have wanted them to be helped, but in secret. They didn't want to make a name for themselves. Second, you are lied to by having the "fact" that the Dead Sea Scrolls were found in 1950 and they contained secrets about Jesus, shoved down your throat. First of all, the Dead Sea Scrolls were found in 1947 and have NOTHING to do with texts called The Nag Hammadi (containing what is called the "Gnostic Gospels" by Dan Brown). Second, the Dead Sea Scrolls were written ONE HUNDRED YEARS BEFORE JESUS LIVED. How could these texts contain ANY information regarding Jesus' life? Next, read the Nag Hammadi before you believe that they have anti-Christ-divinity writings in them. They only proclaim and renounce the divinity of Jesus, not denounce. Also, the people who wrote these texts were BEFORE Constantine (the emperor who legalized Christianity). They were not of great influence - they risked their lives to s... |

One of the least biased and most informative websites on drugs (and not just recreational drugs). You think you know the truth about a drug? Not very likely if you learned this "truth" from D.A.R.E. or some other anti-personal-freedom / pro-totalitarianism group. Want the straight facts, go to erowid.org . Productive member of society 1(PMS1): I happened to come across a substance of which I lack significant knowledge, and therefore, fear that use of said substance may result in undesirable side-effects. What might you suggest my course of action be?
PMS2: I would recomend searching the databases at erowid.org. (Drugs make you talk smart; stop oppressing us) |

Ok, since there are too many here that only mention racist, opinionised and wrong events, I will explain it all free of opinion of any side. All that I write are historical facts.

Palestine was the name of the country between the Jordan river on the east, the Sinai desert on the south and the territory of Lebanon on the North. The name of the country came from the name of the ancient powerful nation that lived in it in the time of the Bible, Plishtim. Through the history, the country was ruled by many differant empires troughout the ages like the Romans, the Bizanties, the Saracens, the Crusadersand, and the Ottoman empire. (and NOT just "ruled by Arabs for 1000 years" like some one before me said). Until the year 1918, the country was ruled (for 400 years) by the Ottoman empire. In 1918, Britanny conquered Palestine and started ruling it as a Mandate (temporary government that is meant to prepare the land under its control for independant national government). In the ending of the 19th century, the "Zionist organisation" was formed by European Jews, and, because of the wake of Jewish nationalism, started searching for territorial answers for "the problem of the Jews, a nation without a country". One of the answers was, very obviously, Palestine (also named Zion for Jerusalem), which Jews saw for centuries as their true land, where they were banished from, and dreamed of returning to. This started a great wave of immigration to Palestine, that increased troughout the... |
