That guy's radio's always tuned to some pirate radio station or other. Even used to visit Laser 558 and Radio Caroline when they were on the North Sea.

Origins possibly explained by the information-gatherer collectives' peculiar habit of wearing outdoor clothing or jackets at socially inappropriate or awkward times such as at the dinner table or in bed.
