1. When an episode of 24 turns out to have no action, just a bunch of filler. This usually occurs early in the season when useless subplots are being hashed out, as if anyone cares. 2. Based on the fact that when a certain contributor at a site called blogs4bauer participates in a liveblog of an episode of 24, the episode usually sucks...bad. "Wow, tonight's episode was Wyattastic!"
