Essentially, it is a targeted attack against one person, for reasons that are not necessarily tangible. Trying to find someone to target and humiliate. At the meeting today I felt like John was on a witch hunt.

An activity usually undertaken after parades, parties, carnival nights and gigs involving a small group of friends going around looking for sex-crazed teenagers in the bushes surrounding the said area.
