Deragatory name for a person who works in a non-business oriented enviroment. Typically used by the upper-class to describe those with lower income or education. Construction workers, pizza delivery men don't require black socks to wear with dress pants, hence the name White Socker. Closely relates to the terms "white colar" and "blue colar".
Listen up you White Socker, I can buy and sell you like THAT!

23 Inch TV's are more suited for White Sockers, a man with my income buys a flat-screen 46''.
