Not technically a word, but by all logic, it should be.
As referenced in "Clueless": You can be overwhelmed, and you can be underwhelmed, but can you just be whelmed?

Verb. To Whelm. When someone or something is distinctly average and you are not moved by him/it at all.

You need to do more than just whelm them in your interview. You need to be unforgettable.
