When a person in a wheelchair propels the wheelchair by moving his/her legs in a walking motion making witnesses of this action question if that person actually needs a wheelchair in the first place. Justin: "Check out that guy in the wheelchair, he's moving the chair with his legs."
Dan: "He's doing the Wheelchair Walk...makes me wonder if he even needs that wheelchair?" Justin: "Let's find out..." |
