The kids who frequently hang out infront of Starbucks in downtown Westport, Connecticut. They sit around, smoke cigarettes and just plain chill. You don't just become a Wepo Kid by hanging out downtown one Friday night, you have to be accepted by the other kids. It's kind of like a gang. But not really. Jimmy: Hey, who are they?
