A phrase coined by a chemistry teacher and his students based on the Harry Potter character Voldemort, that describes an element (Either metal or nonmetal) that is neither an Alkali/Alkaline earth metal or a transtitional metal, and has no specific name to be sorted under.
"Aluminum is neither an alkaline nor an alkali earth metal, and so we call it a Voldemetal; meaning that it has no name."
