A complex form of erotic water/asphixiation-based sadomasochistic roleplay, wherein two submissives are tied by their necks - usually sporting a collar, inside a pool, to a grid or a weight device and, through the same bond, to the other submissive. The pool is then filled with water up to their necks, in a way that the only way for one submissive to breathe is by pulling the bond and forcing the other submissive to put his/her head underwater. The two submissives take their turns breathing.
