When someone stretches another's balls from behind and shoves them in their own arsehole and then pulls them back out. When I passing through Minneapolis I met a wildcat who pulled my nutsack up behind me and shoved my balls in my ass then pulled them out again. I thought it only reasonable to tip her one dollar per ball, hence I gave her a "two buck tip."
