A Twitter head is a person whose thoughts, ideologies and lingo are based off constantly changing Twitter trends. They talk in Twitter popular words and would completely absorb most information made popular on Twitter there by making it a part of their personality.
Person 1: Why is your friend calling everyone crackheads?
Person 2: lol I wouldn't mind him, He's a Twitter head so I'm sure it's a word that began trending about an hour ago.
Man 1: Let's go to the movies, I know you like that.
Man 2: Movies are not cool.
Man 1: yeah right, I'm sure it's because someone popular on Twitter said so , Twitter head .
