The definitive rapper, and in my opinion the definitive hero. Tupac's was one of the most beautiful souls ever to grace this planet. Everything he touched was art, he practically made the genre of gangsta rap, was a true genius and an extremely good man at heart. Complicated as he was, he fought and rapped for what he believed in and with an unsurpassed level of emotion. He's an icon and a legend to the growing society of African- Americans and anybody else who looks up to him. His legacy will unsurpassed by any before and afer him and no matter what the hell any of you think, and no matter what the hell happens Tupac will always THE hero and role model for me.

Tupac got his name from the Inca's I think and Tupac Amaru means "Shining Serpent." He was a badass rapper but too many dumbasses just say "yo tupac is tight yo fa sho hes alive" Tupac is my favorite rapper because his words were poetry, and his words are a way of life. Just listen to one of his songs, and if you can't truly FEEL it, then just give up and don't try and talk about him. He was meant to die, and he did, let him go. but let his words never die.

The best rapper ever to live. Changed his name to Tupac Shakur. Anyone who has something to say about him needs to reconsider, because Tupac is a greater man than the person who hates him. Even if he isn't still alive, Tupac still remains as a prominent figure in the world of hip-hop today.

Tupac is a legendery rapper, though he is a slain rapper, who mainly performed the genre which he is father of - gangsta rap, he also made life raps about the world and its struggles. His major album "Strictly for my niggaz," brought Tupac to the world, followed by his Albums "All eyes on me" and "Me Against the World" (which earned him double platnuims). Though he was born in a ghetto like area, he earned his money through Death Row Records, headed by Suge Knight, eventually giving him the funds to afford his Mansion in the high society of California. Unfortunetly Tupac was gunned down in 1996. His death has many unsoved mysteries. But till today he remains the greatest rapper and advocate of the HIP-HOP world.
