Name given to one exhibiting qualities characteristic of one suffering from the genetic disorder Trisomy-21(Down's Syndrome). A retard, or, if the person has only been tarded once, a tard. Also, one who is especially ugly and/or shows extreme signs of stupidity. "Man, Trisomy is one ugly dude. He's not too bright either. He looks like he gets punched in the face every morning after eating a bowl of Frosted Stupid-O's."
