A term meaning a person who is mentally unstable. A bit of a psycho or nutter. Also a person who thinks you are their bf/gf when you are infact not! Yeah he went mental coz he saw me in a club with another guy...think he thought we were going out....we never even met up properly.... what a toot de la fruit!
