The most extravagantly fantastic and outrageously stupid character played by Chris Farley, also the title of the movie he is from. It came out in 1995 and instantly became and remains to be one of the funniest movies in existance.
**TOMMY's open M&M bag slides into RICHARD's car's A/C vent on the dash, when RICHARD takes a hard right**

RICHARD: Ohh No! That sounds great! Wow that's really gonna UP the re-sale value!!

TOMMY: I think we're gonna be ok. They have a thin candy shell. Hmph! Surprised you didn't know that.

RICHARD: I think your HEAD has a thin candy shell!

TOMMY:Y-your head has the sh- sh..shell on it.

RICHARD: Are you talking?

TOMMY: Shut up, Richard!

The verb derived from the movie "Tommy Boy" with Chris Farley. It means to bend your door all the way the wrong way, just like Tommy in the movie.
"Chris backed in to that pole with his door open and tommy boyed it."

a movie with chris farley, and david spade, much like BLACK SHEEP, but not. you see in black sheep they were tryin to get farleys brother elected governor, and in tommy boy they try to keep tommy's poppa duke's car company (aka callahan motors), alive
mr callahan has this new whore wife, who only wants his money, and shes actually married to her "son", and then when mr c dies she wants his money, but then they figure out she was already married, so the mr c/whore marriage was illegal, so she doesnt get teh money YEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY!

A guy who knows he's whipped but doesn't care for different reasons.
"Hey, did you see Tom get dragged around by that chick?" "Yeah, but he's a Tommy Boy. He doesn't care as long as he's sexing.
