A person who loves using a pencil during school. They are called Ticonderphiles because, if they have a choice, 99% of all Ticonderphiles will use a Dixon Ticonderoga Pencil, or a Ticon, as their writing utensil. And really, who can blame them? Ticonderphile: Hey can I borrow a pencil?
