A southern Trinidadian Creole slang used to describe an unfortunate or difficult situation. It is often an exclamation expressed after an unfortunate or difficult event and if said event was done by a human, then he or she can be called a thief head
"Lonny, how was the exam?"

Lonny shakes his head and says,"Thief Head!😓".

"Hey La Toya, did you get me on the V.I.P list as you said you would?"

La Toya replies, "Sorry Lonny, I didn't."

Lonny then says, "You're a thief head!"
