articles of clothing worn by sexually deviant adults attempting to lure younger people to come 'play' with them. asking the children to see their little puppy in the car or the candy they have in their pocket to lure them is not uncommon. it is not unheard of for prisoners in for some sexually deviant act to also request grey on grey prison uniforms. nothing says you are a sick-o like an entire grey on grey outfit. (note sometimes grey underwear can be seen protruding from the pants) Synonyms include: pervert, child molester, and pedifile.
