When something so great happens that a simple "yay" will not do, The Celebration comes in to play. To put it simply, it is 'on-the-spot masturbation'. I was at dave's house the other night when i found out i won the lottery, so i did the celebration. His parents weren't pleased. But i bought them a new house (but kept the carpets!).
