1) A pejorative term for a Pittsburgh Steelers fan(s) that either: a) Lives outside Western Pennsylvania, or b) Shows up (normally in bunches) in an opposing teams stadium and/or City wearing Steelers gear. And though not always the case, can be spotted with the infamous Terrible Towel. 2) Can also be applied to Penguins and Pirate fans too Tom: "Hey, I thought we're in Mile High Stadium, Why am I seeing a bunch of Steeler Fans with the terrible towels?!"
