A cocktail where a measure of tequila, a measure of lemon juice, and some sparkling wine are poured directly into a glass without stirring or shaking, then the glass is slammed onto the bar or table to mix the ingredients. It is advisable to cover the top of the glass with a hand for this part.
Note: Weaker glasses may break, so use a strong glass. Bob and me have been doing Tequila Slammers all night
