(Pronounced sin-RESS)
Make out. Can include anything short of intercourse. A contraction of "syn-respirate," for breathe together. Has gained popularity as an alternative to the illogical and gross-sounding "make out." Devendra Banhart has been heard using this term.

-How was your date last night? Did you get some?
-Well, we didn't screw, if that's what you mean. But we had a nice time synressing for a while.
