Originating from the African word for 'Howling' or 'Quiet', Sunna literally means silence or no sound...... It is a term often used to describe someone who is deemed attractive but has very poor or little conversational abilites and tends to display an aura of arrogance or 'stuck-up-ishness' Individuals displaying such characteristics are often termed 'a Sunna' or 'Sunna-ish' Guy 1: "dude did you see that girl......damn she was hot!.."
