The phenomenon of throwing up where the puke is extra thick and chunky and the resulting puddle holds itself together in a thick round patty shape. Can often happen after a big session of eating and drinking. Man, I felt so bad after downing all that pizza and beer but after I laid down a stomach patty on the neighbour's lawn I was good to go!
