A low-grade "beef" that is typically accompanied by a distinct odor. "Beef" may or may not be actual beef. Typically served at fast food restaurants. That burger I had at Cheeseburger Bobby's contained a vague smell of something like a rat that was pulled out of a sewer, and tasted a bit off. Guess they are serving stink meat.
