To hold a competition between another person in a bathroom stall to see who will leave first when needing to drop a deuce. Tracy sat quietly on the toilet waiting for the mystery person two stalls over to leave before takin a poo. The mystery pooper wouldn't leave. He, too, was waiting for Tracy to leave so HE could start the coal train. 5 minutes passed. All was quiet except for the occasional nose blowing to pass the time. ...enter the standdown...
