The amount of time between the same story on consecutive airings of SportsCenter on ESPN. When a person realizes it has been one sportshour, they also realize that they are completely wasting their time. A sportshour is equivalent in length to one hour. Guy1: Yo dude didn't they already show highlights from the Knicks-Bulls game?
